Typically to-the-trade pieces are sold exclusively to design professionals at wholesale who then markup the piece to sell to their clients. But, with our partnership with SideDoor, this is no longer the case!

SideDoor is a partner of Redo the Zoo – they fulfill orders and handle all communication, questions, and concerns post-purchase. Their customer service team can be contacted for all communications post-purchase (info@onsidedoor.com).
Pricing
All prices are never above the internet minimum advertised price which is set by the manufacturer, not Redo the Zoo. Please keep in mind that all prices include shipping and Threshold delivery. When you purchase through Redo the Zoo, you are supporting a small business and we greatly appreciate every one of you!
Shipping
Upon purchase, you will receive an email from SideDoor notifying you that they received your order. Your next communication will be when your product ships. Most deliveries are via a local freight carrier who will call to schedule your delivery. All prices include “Threshold Delivery.” You may purchase “White-Glove Delivery” for an added fee for the product to be placed in the room of your choice, lightly assembled, and have the packaging removed for you.
*White Glove Delivery is recommended for large items.
Returns & Damages
Please note, all sales are final on items purchased via SideDoor unless the product is damaged in transit. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Please contact SideDoor customer service (info@onsidedoor.com) if an item is damaged.
