Samplize has been a gift sent from above for designers, decorators, and homeowners alike. Raise your hand if choosing paint is enough to make you want to run for the hills? I get it, choosing paint is hard. There are countless colors available which oftentimes can make your head spin. But, don’t feel bad, choosing paint can still be a headache for even the best designer or decorator. Luckily, I’m going to let you in on a little secret (maybe not a secret for all of you, but it makes my blog sound better 😉).
Samplize is here to resolve all your painting stress. They specialize in making peel-and-stick paint samples (made of real paint) so you can avoid the eye-sore of having random paint splotches on your walls for days on end. After deciding on a handful of colors, go to samplize.com, and for $5.95/ea you’ll have your samples in a few days.
These things are the easiest to use. All you need to do is peel the back off the 12”x12” sample, stick it to the wall of your liking, and there you go! You may be thinking, are they going to damage my walls? And the answer to that is no! They use an adhesive designed for interior walls so your samples can be peeled off damage-free. (Now, of course, I still recommend pulling the sample gently off your wall).
Most people in the industry stress the importance of looking at your paint samples on multiple different walls and during different times of the day. This allows you to get a true feel for how the color will look in your space. Samplize makes this even easier because of its peel-and-stick and reusable nature.
Currently, they offer their samples in all Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams colors with select colors from Farrow & Ball available.
Next time you have a paint project, you can relax a little knowing you have the option of Samplize.
